Rich in Fibre

Dietary fibre is one of the most important, and overlooked nutrients in the Australian diet – and most adults aren’t getting enough of it.
Fibre supports a healthy digestive system, helps reduce cholesterol, and plays a role in stabilising blood sugar levels. Research consistently links adequate fibre intake to a reduced risk of bowel cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and conditions like diverticular disease. It also keeps you feeling fuller for longer, which makes a difference to the way you eat throughout the day.
The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend adults consume 25-38g of dietary fibre per day. Our products are high in fibre – making it easier to reach that goal without changing how you eat.

Resistant Starch

Not all fibre works the same way. Resistant starch is a special type of dietary starch that behaves differently to regular carbohydrates; instead of being broken down in the small intestine, it passes through and ferments in the large intestine, feeding the beneficial bacteria that live there.

This fermentation process produces short-chain fatty acids that support gut lining health, reduce inflammation, and contribute to a well-functioning digestive system. A healthy gut microbiome is increasingly linked to broader wellbeing, including immune function and mood.
