When Lifestyle Bakery began, Michael had the vision to build one of the first large scale exclusively gluten free bakeries in Australia and be a market leader in gluten free bread and baked goods. Thirty years on, Lifestyle Bakery has achieved this enviable position.

Karen has been an integral part of the Lifestyle Bakery team since the business’s inception. Heading up Human Resources, Karen has a forward thinking mindset with a continual focus on bringing the latest human resources thinking and innovation to the table, to ensure the business remains market leading across every department.

Marc was appointed and made inaugural Chairman of Lifestyle Bakery’s board. He is a very experienced board chairman and senior executive, with vast experience advising companies nationally on high level business and marketing strategy. Marc consults to a wide and varied client base across multiple industry sectors, having deep experience within the food sector.

One of the original members of the Lifestyle board, David has over twenty years’ experience in company directorship/management governance and is recognised for his exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He has vast experience in leading businesses and performance-driven teams to achieve key outcomes within the food industry – across both corporate and private sectors. David now consults to South Australian and national food businesses and was the previous owner and Managing Director of Alaska Foods.
