We’ve been Australia’s dedicated gluten-free baking specialist for over thirty years – but gluten-free has never been the whole story. LifeStyle Bakery was founded in South Australia at a time when quality gluten-free baking barely existed. While others treated it as a niche, we invested – developing proprietary dough-based technology that set a new benchmark for gluten-free bakery products and breadcrumbs. We were among the first in the world, and the first in Australia, to perfect dough-based gluten-free production at scale.
