The Story Behind The Products

LifeStyle Bakery was founded in South Australia at a time when quality gluten-free baking barely existed. While others treated it as a niche, we invested – developing proprietary dough-based technology that set a new benchmark for gluten-free bakery products and breadcrumbs. We were among the first in the world, and the first in Australia, to perfect dough-based gluten-free production at scale.
That commitment to innovation earned us a South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Award and built the kind of manufacturing reputation that underpins long-term supply relationships – with major retailers, national food manufacturers and food service operators right across the country.
Today we supply across retail, private label, food service and food manufacturing, with a range that’s moved well beyond gluten-free into broader health and nutrition. High fibre, no nasty additives, made for everyone. The business has grown significantly, but the fundamentals and our commitment haven’t changed.
